Our A-team is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic and creative Customer Success Intern to strengthen our team. Do you want to contribute to our success and contribute to the growth of a leading scale-up?
As a Customer Success intern, you play a key role in strengthening Vive Invest's customer relationships. You work with our team to ensure that customers have the best possible experience.
This is what you can expect:
- Onboarding: Guiding new customers in implementing Vive solutions.
- Promotional campaigns: Activating and inspiring customers through creative promotions. You will have an active role in devising and implementing these.
- Project support: Collaborating on strategic projects and campaigns that make an impact.
- Customer contact: Proactively contacting customers by phone and answering questions.
- Teamwork: Work closely with different departments to share insights and improve processes.
You will receive direct guidance from the founding team and the opportunity to gain experience within a fast-growing and innovative organization.
As a Customer Success Intern at Vive, you are an indispensable link between our company and our customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Guiding customers in creating and setting up their Vive account.
- Developing and executing creative customer activation campaigns.
- Answering customer questions via telephone and email, and providing solutions.
- Contributing to improving customer-oriented processes and internal workflows.
- Supporting strategic projects and marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing customer data and reporting insights and areas for improvement.
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and ready to take responsibility. You are a real go-getter and bring positive energy.
- Education: You are following a higher professional education (HBO) in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing or a comparable field.
- Availability: Minimum of 32 hours per week, for a period of at least 3 months.
- Creativity: You have a smooth writing style, enjoy coming up with new ideas and have a fresh perspective on customer communication.
- Proactivity: You dare to take initiative and are not afraid to call customers.
- Flexibility: You are able to switch quickly and enjoy a dynamic environment.

- Internship allowance: You will receive a compensation of €500 per month from Vive.
- Vacation days: 6 days off during a 6-month internship.
