How do I close my Vive account?

What a shame that you are considering leaving us. We want to thank you for using our app! If you choose to close your Vive account, you can easily arrange this in the Vive App. In the menu, you'll find the "Close Account" option. As soon as we receive your request, we will block your account and send you a confirmation once everything has been completed.

Before requesting your account closure, please ensure that you have withdrawn your funds of all your plans and transferred your pension savings to another agruigated provider.

After closing your Vive account, your data will be processed according to the GDPR: Personal data from financial institutions are kept for 5 - 7 years according to the 'MiFID2' directive and then completely deleted.

If you can not access your Vive account, or don't receive a confirmation email of the account closre within 2 weeks, please reach out to us via support@viveapp.com
