What are ABC transactions?
Abc transactions are a series of transactions in which real estate is resold (usually within a short period of time) at an increasing price. The parties involved (A, B, C, etc.) often belong to the same organization or a partnership.
This type of transaction is often used for money laundering, where the parties are involved in criminal activity. Abc transactions are possible because real estate is difficult to value precisely, leaving room for price driving.
