"We started our company six years ago with just the two of us, and at that time, pensions were not at all among the questions within our company. But as we have grown in personnel, it became something we heard more often," says Thomas Lock, co-founder of Jopp.

Thomas appreciates Vive's personal approach. "The collaboration is very pleasant. They are easily accessible people. You don't have to worry about much and the lines of communication are short. If you need something, you can always call or send a message, and there is always an answer."

"I think Vive is a somewhat smaller team and we ourselves are not a mega large company. That match makes working together very pleasant."

A major advantage according to Thomas is that you don't have to be an expert. "With Vive, it's actually done for you. If you want to become more of an expert, you have that option, but in general you don't have to be an expert for it."
